Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Jums World Private Limited, we are committed to providing quality services and customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our services.



1. Subscription Services

a. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial for certain plans.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged.

b. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info.jumsworld@gmail.com

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle after cancellation.

c. Auto-Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You will receive a notification before your subscription renews, where applicable.



2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If a service was not delivered due to technical failure on our end and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a payment was made in error or fraudulently, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Refund Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Jums World Private Limited. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.



3. Non-Refundable Items

Setup fees or onboarding costs (if applicable)

Used referral credits, bonuses, or rewards

Customized services or consultations

Charges incurred from third-party integrations



4. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (e.g., referral credit packages, digital assets):

Refunds are only available if the product/service was not delivered or is defective.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.



5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any referral rewards. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
